Refund policy
Returns
At Rem Organics, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@remorganics.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographs of the product and packaging to help us assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of food products and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened food products
- Used products
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or special-order products
If you have any questions regarding the eligibility of your product for return, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If your product is eligible for replacement due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, we will arrange a replacement at our discretion.
Refunds
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
